The merchandise will be sent to the delivery address filled out in the corresponding form by the buyer.
The estimated delivery time to addresses in Spain (except the Balearic and Canary Islands and Ceuta and Melilla) will be 2 to 5 business days, in the rest of the countries of the European Union from 5 to 7 days and for shipments to the USA it will be 7 to 15 business days. These times are service estimates not linked to specific delivery times.
For international shipments outside the European Union and the US, an estimate of the cost of transport will be made and a budget will be sent to the buyer if so he wants it. Alternatively, the client can use their own transport company to pick up the work at the gallery's facilities provided they provide the corresponding shipping records that prove the export of the work. All expenses arising from an export, such as charges for customs clearance, fees and / or local taxes are paid by the buyer.
The gallery guarantees the perfect condition of the works at the time of collection at their facilities, where their state of conservation is checked before they are packed with professional protection standards and sent through reference transport companies or transport companies specialized in art.
If the stipulated delivery times have elapsed without the merchandise having been delivered to the buyer, and there is no reported incident, the buyer must notify the gallery of this situation by e-mail without delay within a reasonable period of time.
It will be up to the buyer to check the status of the order received at the time of delivery and to make all the claims that it deems appropriate within 48 hours from receipt of the merchandise. Once this period has elapsed, the gallery is not responsible for possible incidents. Once the product is delivered, it becomes the responsibility of the buyer.
